Sports Bra has become a necessity in today’s daily lives, at least for women. Though Sports Bra’s main usage is to provide support, motion control and a comfortable fit during workouts, it has becoming a fashion need for the modern age women. With more designs together with new fabrics, sports bras have transformed into women’s workout essentials. At times, it can be easily paired with a pair of jeans, short or skirt and worn as a fashion statement.
Finding the right sports bra is however, seems difficult for most as for starters, more than 70% of women don’t know their proper bra size. Having the right sports bra means that best meet your requirements for comfort and support means choosing one that accurately fits your bust size, matches your activity level and offers you a soft feel with moisture-less performance.
Step One: Determining Your Chest/Cup Size
To determine your chest size, you need to measure around your chest, under the arms and just above the breasts using a tape measure or a piece of string and a ruler.

To determine your cup size, you need to measure around the fullest part of your bust. Then, subtract your chest measurement from the your bust measurement. The difference between these two numbers will determine your cup size. For more information, check out this article. For the curvy women, Hind Women’s Motion Sensor Bra
provides the support without being tied up.
Step Two: Determining Your Level of Activity
Different sports bras provide different level of support. For example, certain sports bra like Adidas Women’s ClimaCool Response Bra is more suited for low impact activities such as yoga, pilates, walking and cycling.
Step Three: Choosing The Right Style
There are two type of basic sports bra constructions - compression and encapsulated or natural shaping. Compression supports and keeps breast motion to a minimum by pulling the breasts firmly in and is best for women with A or B cup. Encapsulated or natural shaping has added structure to provide a more natural shape than compression bras and is suitable for women with larger busts for more support. Occassionally, encapsulated or natural shaping bras come with underwire.

There are also several styling to choose from -
Underwear or outerwear: many sports bra styles are suitable for wearing without a cover up and they provide more body coverage than the others
Back styles: provides the most support for women with larger busts
Closures: allow for easier on-off are the traditional hook closures which can be found with both front and back closure styles
So, have you found the perfect, um… sports bra?

Yes, it’s every man’s dream to have self-cleaning underwear! And if you are guessing nano technology has to do with this thing, then you’re partly right.
Self-cleaning fabrics could revolutionize the sport apparel industry. The technology, created by scientists working for the U.S. Air Force, has already been used to create t-shirts and underwear that can be worn hygenically for weeks without washing.
The new technology attaches nanoparticles to clothing fibers using microwaves. Then, chemicals that can repel water, oil and bacteria are directly bound to the nanoparticles. These two elements combine to create a protective coating on the fibers of the material.
