Monica Hansen, the former Miss Norway has sued and won $550,000 from her plastic surgeon after he allegedly used photos of her on his website without permission. Renowned breast, bod and face enhancer Dr. Leonard Hochstein said he has evidence to bolster his case against Monica Hansen who won the lawsuit in July.

Hansen, 6′ 1″, was featured in Maxim magazine’s in 2006 as “Woman of the Year”. She also appeared in Stuff and Esquire magazine and in the American version of Playboy in June 2009.

Verne Troyer, who plays "Mini Me" in Austin Powers movies is suing celebrity Web site TMZ.com and others for $20 million over an already infamous sex tape that he says was stolen from him and posted online.

Troyer who will be starring in another Mike Myers film, “The Love Guru,” filed the suit Thursday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. He reportedly appears in the sex tape with former girlfriend Renae Shrider. Also named as a defendant in the suit is a movie distribution company, SugarDVD; and promoter Kevin Blatt, who last made headlines as the guy who was reportedly wheeling and dealing Paris Hilton’s 2004 sex tape.

The tape was posted on TMZ on Wednesday, with a headline that included the words “avert your eyes.”

Troyer, 39, is 2 feet, 8 inches tall (0.81 meters).

Troyer is seeking $20 million in damages, claiming the tape was stolen from him and that TMZ violated his privacy in posting it. He also wants to block distribution of the tape and demands that it be removed from the Internet.

TMZ officials were not immediately available to comment.
