Sports Bra has become a necessity in today’s daily lives, at least for women. Though Sports Bra’s main usage is to provide support, motion control and a comfortable fit during workouts, it has becoming a fashion need for the modern age women. With more designs together with new fabrics, sports bras have transformed into women’s workout essentials. Step One: Determining Your Chest/Cup Size
To determine your chest size, you need to measure around your chest, under the arms and just above the breasts using a tape measure or a piece of string and a ruler.

To determine your cup size, you need to measure around the fullest part of your bust. Then, subtract your chest measurement from the your bust measurement. Step Two: Determining Your Level of Activity

Step Three: Choosing The Right Style
There are two type of basic sports bra constructions - compression and encapsulated or natural shaping. Compression supports and keeps breast motion to a minimum by pulling the breasts firmly in and is best for women with A or B cup. Encapsulated or natural shaping has added structure to provide a more natural shape than compression bras and is suitable for women with larger busts for more support. Back styles: provides the most support for women with larger busts
