Fusion Fall is an online multiplayer game by Cartoon Network Universe. Cartoon Network has released a new trailer announcing a free play period December 27, 2008 – January 11, 2009 during which users will have full access before the official release.

Even though there are already many common acronyms used regularly in the Internet like in chatting, e-mail, forums and so on, many new acronyms are being generated as the time goes on. These days, most acronyms are generated thru online gaming like WoW, EQ, etc. Those who do not frequently play online games especially WoW or EQ might not even have a clue what these acronyms mean. Here I have put up a list of most common online gaming acronyms and it’s also likely to be used aside from inside the game itself.
LOL – Laughing Out Loud ROFL – Rolling On the Floor Laughing LMAO – Laughing My Ass/Arse Out ROFLMAO – Rolling On the Floor Laughing My Ass/Arse Out KEK / KIK – LOL version for the Hordes (WoW) STFU – Shut The F*** Up! FTW – For the Win! Example: Sword of a Thousand Truths, FTW! MT – Mistell. Example: If you typed something wrong, you enter “mt” to let your guildmates or the general public know. Pwned – When you kill a higher-level enemy or someone with better armors than yourself, you said “pwned!” Other variations include pawned! owned! Ding! - As an announcement to mostly your guildmates to let them know you have reached another level. Example: Ding! I reached level 50 Gratz! – Congratulations in short. Usually when you reach another level or get hold of an epic item, your guildmates will say “gratz!” Spawn – Usually when the mobs that you or your group have killed comes back alive, then you say “the mobs have spawned!” N00b – Newbie. When someone shows inadequete gaming experience or skills, you call ‘em n00b. OOM – Out of Mana. Usually only casters have mana and when they’re in a raid or instance, they have to yell “oom!” to let the group knows so that he/she can rest to regenerate the mana. OMW – On My Way. To let your group or someone knows that you’re on the way to wherever needed to be at. OMG – Oh My God! OMFG – Oh My F***ing God! WTF? – What The F***? Inc – Incoming. Example: Hordes Inc! PUG – Pick-up Group which is a group of players who’ve gotten together (or been thrown together) in order to accomplish a goal, a quest Pre-made – Pre-made group is planned, balanced group of players (with the appropriate mix of tanks, healers, DPSers, etc.) who have gathered to accomplish a specific goal (totally opposite PUG) WTB - Want To Buy. Usually in an MMORPG, you can buy things from other players, so you say “WTB Giant Egg!” WTS – Want To Sell. In an MMORPG, you can sell items too. “WTS Mooncloth Bag” WTT – Want To Trade. Rarely, people will use “WTT” to trade one item for another LFG – Looking For Group. You will be using “LFG” to look for group to complete a specific quest or just to tag along if you have no quest. LFM – Looking For More. When you already have a group, you may want to look for more players, so you say “LFM ZG PUG!” LFW – Looking For Work. In MMORPG, you usually have a profession, if you’re a Tailor, you will say “lvl 300 Tailor LFW!” PST – Please Send Tell. Sending tell is like whispering or sending private message. When you sell something or are looking for a group, you tell people to PST you. PM – Private Message. Variation of PST. Loot – pick up drops from mobs or chest. Usually when you kill a mob, they will drop something, so when you pick-up the drop, it’s called ‘loot’ Ninja Looting – picking up something from mobs or chests that do not belong to you. When you don’t have a right to grab, or that you didn’t earn, or that you don’t need, and you still loot the item/s, then you “ninja loot” DPS – Damage Per Second. Usually being referred to Mages who have high DPS. DoT – Damage over Time. Usually being referred to Warlocks who can cast curse or spells that have DoT. Casters – Any players that need mana is a caster. For example: Warlock, Mage, Priest, Druid, Shaman, etc. But usually casters are being referred to mages and warlocks because they have DPS. Locks – Warlocks Pally / Pallies – Paladin / Paladins Healers – Priests / Druids / Paladins / Shamans or someone who can heals Tanks – Warriors or Druids in bear form. Tanks role is to take damage from the mob and usually have high level of health points, that’s why they are called ‘tank’. HP – Health points. In MMORPG like WoW, you have health points in which when it becomes Zero (0), you die. Zerg – To attack in a very large group, usually to overwhelm the opponent in large numbers. MMORPG – Massive Multi-player Online Role-playing Game
