Kimi Raikkonen gets to keep his title

McLaren Brazil appeal deemed inadmissible. Its challenge to the decision of stewards at last month’s Brazilian Grand Prix not to penalize rival teams over alleged fuel irregularities has been thrown out by the FIA International Court of Appeal on Friday.

That means Kimi Raikkonen stays as the F1 World Champion for 2007 and Lewis Hamilton has to try again next year.

In a dramatic race in Sao Paolo on Sunday, Kimi Raikkonen beats the odds and wins the F1 World Championship by just one point! He finished the race 1st, Massa 2nd, Alonso 3rd and Hamilton 7th - exactly what he needs to win the world championship title.
