The motorcyclists are from Columbia, except one of them is also a Japanese clown!

Underdog, released in theater nationwide today is a show about a hound named Shoeshine that gain some serious superpowers from a lab accident — a secret that the dog eventually shares with the young boy who becomes his owner and friend.
