The Last Supper is a Japanese movie that emulates the cannibalism in “The Hannibal” series. Dr. Yuji Kotorida (Masaya Kato) is a well-respected plastic surgeon, but beneath the surface the good doctor’s a serial killer with a taste for human flesh. He keeps a diary online in which he describes his experience with eating dead young women, on how he came to this, from first frying up some fat from one of the women he liposuctioned, to finding a woman hanging in the park who became his first real entrée. But one day a detective discovers his secret. Will this be the end for our cannibal friend?

According to LiveScience.com, Neanderthals were cannibals.
Neanderthals suffered periods of starvation and may have supplemented their diet through cannibalism, according to a study of remains from northwest Spain.
Paleobiologists studied samples from eight 43,000-year-old Neanderthal skeletons excavated from an underground cave in El Sidrón, Spain since 2000. The study sheds light on how Neanderthals lived before the arrival of modern humans in Europe.
Researchers found cut marks and evidence that bones had been torn apart, which they say could indicate cannibalism.
