Maxi Mounds’ 36MM bust was accepted by Guinness World Records in a new World’s Largest Augmented Breasts category.

Each of her breasts weighs 20 pounds (9.07 kg) and they are still growing, thanks to the controversial “polypropylene string” treatment that created them.

Commuting by taking public transports is only the first step in making the world greener. However, have you ever pondered even by taking public transports, how one can still go one step further in making the world greener?

By taking public buses, trains, monorails, subways, etc., most commuters usually need to buy tickets which usually come in the form of paper or card. If your city has a million commuters and a quarter of them buy tickets daily, there would be a really big amount of wastage of papers already, nevermind the exact numbers.

So, how to go greener despite taking public transport?

Get monthly passes / multi-ride tickets / season tickets.
Monthly passes not only mean saving the hassles and money, you’ll get to save the environment too as instead of buying a ticket each for every working day in one-calendar month, you only buy one per month.

Get an electronic fare card.
In most major cities in many countries, electronic fare cards are available in many forms.
In Washington – SmarTrip card, Singapore – EZ-Link card, Malaysia – Touch’n Go card, London – Oyster card, Melbourne – Myki card and so on. Instead of getting monthly passes (which still contributes to environmental wastage), you just need to get an electronic smartcard which you can use over and over again and top up the credit to continue using. Unless, of course, if you are the type who keep losing things.

Choose Monorail / Light-Rail Transit over Buses / Trains.
Buses and trains have very high Carbon dioxide emissions whereas Light rail and Monorail use less energy and generate less carbon dioxide.

Electronic fare cards are available in many different forms – in Europe, through mobile money in your cellphone and in one particular country, you can reload the value in your identity card! Though one can preserve the environment by doing so, you would not want your cellphone and identity card got stolen or lost in the process. For sure.

Available in most Häagen-Dazs Cafés, Häagen-Dazs Fondue consists of small scoops of ice-cream, fruits (apple, banana, strawberry – may differ in other countries), strawberry swiss rolls, chocolate chip cookies (I believe they’re Famous Amos) and cheese cakes! Of course, all these come with melted chocolate and sprinkles of peanuts for dipping.

The fondue can be served for two person or more. Of course, the more people, the less you get to eat. The price is MYR 59.90 or MYR 69.20 after adding a 10% service tax and 5% government tax.

Today, I almost bump into my colleague as both of us walked towards a square corner and *snap*, it made me think into applying Web 2.0 into our daily lives.

Before Wall 2.0, I almost bump into my colleague as both of us could not see who’s coming. Not only that, people tends to get shocked or surprised when someone suddenly appear.

After Wall 2.0, we can see each better as the wall is rounded and we have got reflection (maybe through proper lights at the right place). LoL!

If only we have designed the office building using web 2.0 standards, we would have avoid bumping into each other. Think about it. The same situation can be apply to the roads and cars.

As most of us never realize, our constantly-changing world has already adopted 2.0 standard for a long time.

Ferrari Supercar Ferrari 288 (left) and Ferrari FXX (right) is an example of Car 2.0 evolution

Old and bulky cellular phone (left) and Apple iPhone (right) is an example of Phone 2.0 evolution

The most amazing thing would be human evolution where our ancestors used to have face that are more square. But, let’s not talk about that. Web 2.0 evolution is eating into us. Cars are now metallic, rounded, have gradients and because of the metallic-made, reflection is more obvious. So are the modern cellphones. So are other things in our daily lives. What could be more obvious?

You are defined by how you sleep – at least your personality. Scientists believe the position in which a person goes to sleep provides an important clue about the kind of person they are. Certain people believe this is only pseudoscience and may not be real. Whichever it is, check out which one are you?

The Foetus (41%): Those who curl up in the foetus position are described as tough on the outside but sensitive at heart. They may be shy when they first meet somebody, but soon relax. This is the most common sleeping position, adopted by 41% of the 1,000 people who took part in the survey. More than twice as many women as men tend to adopt this position.

Log (15%): Lying on your side with both arms down by your side. These sleepers are easy going, social people who like being part of the in-crowd, and who are trusting of strangers. However, they may be gullible.

The yearner (13%): People who sleep on their side with both arms out in front are said to have an open nature, but can be suspicious, cynical. They are slow to make up their minds, but once they have taken a decision, they are unlikely ever to change it.

Soldier (8%): Lying on your back with both arms pinned to your sides. People who sleep in this position are generally quiet and reserved. They don’t like a fuss, but set themselves and others high standards.

Freefall (7%): Lying on your front with your hands around the pillow, and your head turned to one side. Often gregarious and brash people, but can be nervy and thin-skinned underneath, and don’t like criticism, or extreme situations.

Starfish (5%): Lying on your back with both arms up around the pillow. These sleepers make good friends because they are always ready to listen to others, and offer help when needed. They generally don’t like to be the centre of attention.

World of Warcraft has come up with these awesome looking Visa Cards for its hardcore fans. Yes, these World of Warcraft Visa Cards are real credit cards. There are 13 designs to choose from.

With the slogan “The card that pays you to play” and no annual fee, WoW Visa Card does not reward as handsomely as its slogan claims. Aside from the 1-month free WoW subscription upon card activation (which is at least decent), you only earn game time at 1% of every dollar charged – which means, you need to spend $1500 to get a month of free gaming. In another perspective, you can buy 100 months of game time to get 1 month’s free.

I will crush and destroy and…ooo…shiny…

EMOs are a product of alien symbiosis

If you find yourself running from the law, no problem! Just hop over the gate that says ‘DANGER! Particle Physics Experiment in progress’ and you’re in the clear.

If your girlfriend is hanging from the roof of a demolished skyscraper, never fear. Nonchalantly take some pictures and introduce yourself to her father, who also doesn’t seem to give a shit.

Flipping pancakes and listening to vintage dance songs will only lead to adultery.

Black is the new red. And alien goo is the new cotton.

If you ever find yourself battling a giant sand person and a jagged-toothed photographer alongside your best friend who just tried to kill you, be sure that you and him exchange ‘witty’ banter at every opportunity. “I’m a little busy over here, buddy.” “I’d love to help you, but I’ve got my hands full, buddy” and so on.

If you want to kill someone real bad, then go to church and pray and maybe, if you’re lucky, God will provide you with an alien suit made of pure evil.

The findings, from 32 countries, reflect the fact that increasing numbers of people are living in the fast lane. Teams with stop watches timed how long it took 35 men and women to walk along a 60ft stretch of pavement.

Surprisingly, on the top of the list is Singapore! Followed by Copenhagen (Denmark), Madrid (Spain) and Guangzhou (China).

Do you think one of the many the reasons civilization is doomed is cause by Paris Hilton or maybe Donald Trump (oh well, people already posted these two reasons), or perhaps Michael Jackson or something else? Post your reasons at http://www.10000reasons.org/.

I came across an article about Zen. Zen is not a religion, a philosophy or the way of life.

As its founding principles state, Zen Buddhism is a path to eliminate suffering and discontent from a person’s life. While this is a lofty promise, the path to Zen comes loaded with extras.

For instance, Zen forces a person to re-examine the preconceptions and prejudices that have been burned into him from birth. It helps him step out of his egoistic self to better understand his true Self. It helps detach his sense of satisfaction and fulfillment from things and situations over which he has no control, freeing him form outside influences, and giving him a firmer handle on who he is.

I found the following useful:

How to incorporate Zen into your life

1- Take time to breathe every day
Set some time every day to just sit in a quiet place. Take controlled deep breaths, paying close attention to exhaling and inhaling. You could even repeat a word out loud (”Om” is a popular choice) to drown out your thoughts.

2- Know thyself
Try to see yourself from an outside perspective. Take away your prejudices, envies, grudges, and desires, and see what’s left. That’s the Self, what Buddhists try to purify.

3- Resist the seductions of marketing
Everyday businesses will try to make you believe you need something you never knew existed. Ask yourself how much your life would really improve with an extra piece of stylized plastic and metal. Try to detach your sense of happiness from possessions.

4- Live in the moment
Stop dwelling on what happened in the past and what might happen in the future. You are living in the present so concentrate on the here and now. Leave tomorrow for tomorrow.

5- Learn from the veterans
The ultimate guy’s guy, a hero of modern sports, LA Lakers’ coach Phil Jackson is a Zen devotee who uses its principles in his coaching. He not only makes good athletes great, but he gets them to recognize their true abilities and accept what they can and can’t change. By focusing on the moment, teaching selflessness in action, compassion towards fellow players, and accepting defeat as part of life, Jackson has made the teams he coached more cohesive and better equipped to deal with the pressure of pro sports. Just look at his track record.
