On Sunday, the teen star was the victim of a more malicious attack that claimed she had been killed by a drunk driver. This is also the second time this year the rumor of the "Hannah Montana" star death has publicized.

A two-minute video was featured on Cyrus’ "Miley and Mandy Show" YouTube page that opened with the sounds of Cyrus’ sentimental new ballad, "Goodbye," and a somber message from Mandy Jiroux early Sunday morning. The video has since been taken down, but it’s still available on Videogum.com.

The video features a note supposedly from Cyrus’ friend which says, "Hey, guys, this is Mandy and I have some very sad news :( …We’re very hurt to tell everyone this, but Miley died this morning after being hit by a drunk driver. Miley told us if anything ever happened to her, then we should let her fans know before the public…R.I.P. honey, we will miss you so much."

We will miss her. Indeed.

Conceived by Korean designer Won-Seok-Lee, the "B-membrane" is one of the most interesting PC prototypes I’ve ever seen.

"B-membrane" is able to project an image of your desktop on any surface you can point its omni-directional projector at. It also has a membrane keyboard and mouse that appear only when you need them too. Not forgetting an optical drive.

The "B-membrane" when it is shut-down can turn itself into an ambient light-effects system.

The only question is how am I going to carry this "B-membrane" in my bag?

Former Google Employees has unveiled Cuil Inc (pronounced “cool”), a new search service at www.cuil.com that the company claims can index, faster and more cheaply, a far larger portion of the Web than Google, which boasts the largest online index. Cuil claims it boosts an index of 120 billion web pages, and is the most comprehensive search engine on the web.

Tom Costello, Cuil co-founder and chief executive, said in a statement.

“Our significant breakthroughs in search technology have enabled us to index much more of the Internet, placing nearly the entire Web at the fingertips of every user.”

A search of the term "yowazzup" shows 13,548 results compared to 11,000 at Google. However, Cuil only shows up to 23 pages, which means a maximum of 230 web pages.

When I go to the Preferences and turn on "Safe Search" and "Typing Suggestions", the term "yowazzup" shows zero result.

Cuil may be cool but it still lacks something that Google has.

We know that the MacBook Air is one hell of a thin laptop, but Engadget reported some Apple forum members in Germany are claiming that the edge of the laptop is not only sharp — but downright dangerous.

According to “Apple Talk” reader Bajuware, his MacBook Air went cut his elbow while he was chillin’ on his couch. Another MacBook Air owner claims his computer is sharp enough to slice bread.

Now, any new MacBook Air owners have also accidentally cut yourself with your new machine?

The British consumer-advocacy group, Which? Computing had a microbiologist test the bacteria levels on the 30-plus computer keyboards in its office and then compare the results with those found on a toilet seat and a toilet door handle.

The tests found that one keyboard had to be removed from the office as it had 150 times the pass-limit of bacteria and was five times filthier than the toilet seat.

Which? urges computer users to find time to clean their keyboards — unplug the keyboards from the computers, turn keyboards upside down and shake them so crumbs and whatever else has accumulated there to be removed. Then, they should use alcohol wipes to get rid of the germs.

Alternatively, you can always invest in a Computer Keyboard Vacuum.

Google, as usual, changed it logos for the occasion while Yahoo! uses an animated Flash that will turn both it’s “O” into recycle symbols when you mouse over it while a plant will grow besides the letter, “Y” when you mouse over the logo for the first time.

If you realize, besides Google and Yahoo, YouTube has also changed its logo purposely for Earth Day. Seems like more and more web sites are creating awareness for Earth Day this time around.
