According to Google, "Our automated cars use video cameras, radar sensors and a laser range finder to “see” other traffic, as well as detailed maps (which we collect using manually driven vehicles) to navigate the road ahead. This is all made possible by Google’s data centers, which can process the enormous amounts of information gathered by our cars when mapping their terrain."
Rarely, you get to see this type of sight. A fleet of luxury cars are parading in the street of Bukit Bintang, Malaysia since this morning (Dec 12, 2009), just outside Starhill and Pavilion KL. Very likely they are filming a movie. Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, BMW and even a TD 2000 are seen.
Sony Pictures featured imagery from the highly anticipated film, Terminator Salvation on Brawn GP cars last weekend at the Spain F1 Grand Prix.
Brawn GP drivers, Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello had their race cars carrying the new and unique Terminator Salvation imagery. This unique, one-race sponsorship builds anticipation toward the red-carpet European Premiere on May 28, 2009, in Paris.
