"He lived up in Malibu on a tiny street and he was texting while driving and he accidentally went over the cliff," Charmaine Blake says.

Heidi Montag is one of Ryan’s major celebrity clients. Besides Montag, Ryan’s celebrity clientele included musician Vince Neil, actor Lorenzo Lamas, reality stars Lisa Gastineau and Adrianne Curry and several models and beauty queens.

    Very sad — my deepest sympathies to the girlfriend and his family.
    (And some to his celebrity patients — whatever will they do now? Oh yeah — go to one of the other 817 plastic surgeons in Hollywood.)
    But also very, very scary.
    Apparently, even really smart people can do really stupid things.
    Live and learn (or not, in his case).

    That is nuts. You would think if he lived on a small mountainous road he wouldn’t be doing something like that.
