2012 may be a disaster movie, but it ain’t disastrous when it comes to the box office. Over the weekend, Roland Emmerich’s 2012 took in an estimated $65 million in US alone and an additional $160 million overseas. That means the film almost made back the $200m – $260m budget in just 3 days!

I saw 2012 and I think it is a pretty cool movie. The natural calamities are stupendous.
I haven’t watched the film yet, I tend to wait for the hubbub abd fuss to die down a bit before going to the theatre. 2012 is definitely on my “must watch” list tho, and I might just make an exception this time around.
