A few days ago, a mysterious cloud appeared in Moscow which looked like a halo. Although people believed it was digitally altered, meteorologists said it wasn’t. Could it an UFO hovering on top of our atmosphere? What’s your thought?

Creepy video. It sure looks like something paranormal. I rather doubt it was faked with the way the light poles keep passing in front of the clouds. It would’ve had to be very talented video editors.
