Robert Pattinson, 23, was hit by a taxi cab in New York City on Thursday when he tried to escape of crowd of fans according to People.
The Twilight star, however, escaped uninjured as he walked away from the scene after having his hip clipped by a cab when he attempted to run across the street near The Strand bookstore.
Everyone knows in the film, Edward Cullen (played by Pattinson) has superhuman speed and strength. And he even dented a van which almost hit Bella. But, in real life?
Perhaps, he’s really a vampire? We could only guess.

Wow haha that makes for an impressive story. Maybe this is an example of when actors “get into character” to prepare for their roles … lol
