Bettie Page who became famous in the 1950’s for her fetish modeling and pin-up photos died at the age of 85 on December 11, 2008.

Page was an ubiquitous sight during the 1950’s. She became popular when she posed for Playboy as Miss January 1955.

In 2005, a movie on Bettie Page called "The Notorious Bettie Page" was made. The movie was only released in the US the year after on a limited release.

If you haven’t had the chance to watch the movie yet, The Notorious Bettie Page DVD was released in the US on September 26, 2006.
