Smiley Face Customer Service Poll
Customers can choose which Smiley Face they want to put their ticket in to show their satisfaction towards the service they receive in the National Registration Department in Malaysia. They can choose either Cemerleng (Excellent), Amat Baik (Very Good), Memuaskan (Satisfied) or Tidak Memuaskan (Not Satisfied).
What a good idea, but sometimes, customers may choose to slot into other boxes when the box they want to put in is full. Any thoughts?
