Former American Idol contestant, Jennifer Hudson and her boyfriend, David Otunga a.k.a. Punk are engaged, according to People.
Otunga, who is known as "Punk" from the reality show I Love New York 2, popped the question with a Neil Lane diamond ring on the Dreamgirls Oscar winner’s 27th birthday.

Deneil, honey please saying Jennifer Hudson is just an upgrade from new york for David is an under statement. I think people are getting it twisted. Jennifer is the hugh super star in the relationship. She is the one gave David his upgrade. Yes, he has fans from that trashy new york show, but it is His career being busted because of who he has landed. This I heard him speak about himself. When he first met Jennifer she was already a hugh super star. He is very good eye candy, and he is smart. He also comes from a very good back ground. I also like the statement he made about being a one woman man. Jenny is classy, very humble and grounded. They make a wonderful loving couple, and have a baby on the way. I am just saying Daneil it is very important that both people know what they are bring to the relationship. I think David gives Jennifer a very good balance.
