Google gets 1,000,000 applicants a year and out of that number, only 5% or 5,000 are hired - meaning only the best are hired.
Google is probably one of the best places to work. It tops Fortune magazine list of the best places to work. With so many perks from free massage to free food, laundry, gym training to volleyball, swimming, rock climbing, game rooms and scooters, no wonder they receive so many applicants.
